Yoga is so good for your body, mind and spirit!

So it's no wonder that Russell Brand was smiling while walking to yoga class!

He was in West Hollywood and the paps jumped in front of him to snap a few quick pics of the smiley man!

Not even the photogs could get him down that morning!

It keeps him in great shape, makes him extra ~~sexible~~ flexible and improves his mood!

Everyone should try yoga! We bet you'll feel ahmayzing!
