Convicted pedophile Jerry Sandusky will be sentenced on Tuesday for his 45-counts of child sexual abuse.
Once Sandusky is sentenced he will be sent to the Camp Hill state prison in Pennsylvania.
Once there, he'll have a couple of weeks of mental and physical health testing before beginning to serve his sentence.
He will be treated as needed. We're positive he needs some mental help.
His attorney is confident he'll do well in prison, saying:
"Jerry is a very likable guy — he gets along with everybody. He's a model inmate. He doesn't cause problems, he's sociable, he's pleasant. My guess is he'll wind up in a minimum-security facility, and probably a facility for nonviolent people."
If that happens, that means he'll get two hot meals a day, can wear his wedding band and also have a watch valued under $50, dentures and eyeglasses.
He'd even be allowed to buy a 13-inch TV for his cell and could get up to 15 channels for $15 a month.
So he'd be able to watch the games.
We're not sure he deserves even that much.
