Sadly, for Alessandra Ambrosio, her job probably DOES depend on it.
Five months ago, the pretty lady you see above gave birth to a little boy named Noah. You'd never guess it if it wasn't common knowledge!
That's gotta be a record as far as getting back into shape goes. Here's what she said she did to do it (hint, she started before giving birth!):
"This time I didn't really gain a lot of weight. I was actually trying to be as healthy as I could. The first time I gained a lot of weight and it was hard to lose it.
"Breastfeeding was really good [too], and running after my kids. I love to do Pilates and SoulCycle and go on walks and surf at the beach."
So, essentially — don't go nuts while preggers, breastfeed, keep up with the kids, Pilates and SoulCycle. Those are the keys to success!
While we don't think that's realistic for everyone, we're glad it works so well for her!
