Ever wonder what Dancing With The Stars' Derek Hough eats for breakfast? You know, so you can do it and be fit and amazeballs like him!
First though, let's remember that Derek is an athlete.
Dancing like he does, as often as he does, takes some serious athletic prowess.
He burns probably two to three times as many calories as the rest of us on his dancing days.
So we can recommend the blue berries, but as far as following his breakfast… we'd skip the sausage and pancakes.
