Making sure her plate doesn't match her food?!
Kelly Osbourne lost an incredible 60 pounds in two years and has managed to keep it off by making sure the food she's eating is a different color than her plate.
It seems like a weird technique but apparently eating food on a plate the same color make you eat about 20% more!

We've heard of tricks like this.
Like since there are no naturally blue foods, eating on a blue plate makes you feel fuller faster. (Blueberries are the exception, though they're often more indigo than blue and they're super healthy so eat as many as you want.)
We've also heard that eating off a smaller plate helps with portion control too.
So go out and buy a bunch of small blue plates! Maybe you'll start dropping weight and look as good as Kelly!
