As we previously mentioned, Ryan Lochte was going to do a cameo on 30 Rock!
Well he did it and just like his other cameos… his shirt was off!
We really feel like he's got some sort of clause in all his contracts that says he doesn't have to wear a shirt because he doesn't like them.
Not like we're complaining!
We think he should be forced to wear less clothing all the time! LOLz!
