Fish can be so so so healthy!
It's really high protein and low fat, with the fat being the good kind of omega-3 fatty acids!
And no, we're not talking about Fugu.
We're talking about Shark and Swordfish!
They have some of the highest mercury concentration out of all fish.
Also, they have the least amount of omega-3s.
So not only are they not all that healthy, they're also toxic!
Obviously you can eat them, you're not going to die from eating them once unless you're in the ocean and the shark is still alive or something.
But if you have the option, choosing a different type of fish would be a healthy idea.
