We even quoted a "source" who said:
"Five months after Kelly started the plan the results are there for all to see. She thinks it's amazing - she takes her plates everywhere. Unlike other fads, Kelly says this diet does help you lose weight and keep it off."
Apparently, that's all false. Not the science behind it, just the part about Kelly doing it.
"This is B.S just so you know!"
Then linked to an article about how plate color and size can affect how much you eat.
Though Kelly using the diet might be B.S. there really is science to back up using smaller and different colored foods.
We said it before, just buy yourself a bunch of small blue plates and you're set.
Your portions will look huge taking up a whole plate and because most foods aren't blue, you've got the contrast aspect covered!
Give it a try!
