Chris Evans is a hero both on and off the big screen.
Chris has paid tribute to a young boy, only five years old who lost his battle with cancer.
Ty Louis Campbell was a superhero fan through and through, finding inspiration and courage from them when he was found to have a tumor at the base of his skull… at just two years old.
Chris took the time to pay tribute through twitter:
"Sending my condolences to the family of Ty Louis Campbell, a brave 5-year-old boy who lost his battle with cancer. I only wish I heard about this warrior sooner. I would have loved to shake his hand."
We wish you could've met him too. We're willing to bet that meeting Captain America would've made him extremely happy!
We're so sorry for Ty's family's loss — and can only hope that he is somewhere better.
