Her normal fitness routine consists of high intensity cardio, plyometrics and strength training.
Even when she's not training, she out playing beach volleyball, hiking or walking her dogs!
The perfect compliment to her active lifestyle? A healthy diet!
She eats lots of grain protein (like quinoa) and veggies. She really likes fermented veggies and probiotics that she says are "great for my skin and digestion."
Add all that to a lifestyle of moderation, plenty of sleep, lots of water and little to no alcohol, and you've got the secret to a perfect bod!
