Tyler Perry is starring in a new movie, Alex Cross and in it he's playing an action hero.
So he had to lose the old lady fat suit and get his fitness on!
By changing his lifestyle, he was able to get into great shape and lose 30 pounds in the process!!
He upped his cardio and started weight training, and even took up Krav Maga!
Maybe he's training with Sean Penn!
He also switched up his diet!
"I knew I was going to do the best I [could]. I don't put that kind of pressure on myself. I do the absolute best I can do. I wanted to be 20 pounds lighter than I was, but it is what it is."
