How many times have you wished that you had a pumpkin burger after a long day's work?
Well, now that you know they exist (and they look pretty delicious), we bet that number will shoot through the roof! LOLz!
The Burger King Pumpkin Burger contains two slices of kabocha (also known as Japanese pumpkin, which is actually squash), bacon, lettuce, a beef patty and a creamy nut sauce with sesame seeds, peanuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts. Also, the bun is supposed to be shaped like a pumpkin — an added touch that looking at the bun we wouldn't have guessed.
We wonder what the lab looks like where they just dream this stuff up… LOLz!
The burger will be available for a limited time starting October 26 and will cost about $3.90. You can also get the "pumpkin bomb" version which offers 10 slices of pumpkin (why?) for only about $1.25 more — or just order pumpkin slices as an optional topping for any burger for about $0.75.
We bet this would work pretty well state-side, as we know of a billion people who go nuts over pumpkin this time of year. Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks is all we hear about!
