ESPN Reporter Dating NFL Quarterback!!
Samantha Steele is a reporter for ESPN, covering college football.
She is a sideline reporter for ESPN's Thursday Night Football and co-host of ESPNU's College GameDay on Saturday.
Oh and she's also dating Christian Ponder, the quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings!
The internet is making a pretty big deal of this, even though it really isn't.
Even ESPN is cool with it, saying:
"We do not comment on, or confirm, personal aspects of employees' lives. Regarding any policies, we expect any commentator to raise any relationship that could be a conflict with the sport they cover. This does not fit that scenario as she covers college football."
See? She covers college, and he's a pro.
But people still wanna talk smack about it.
Samantha finally opened up on twitter, saying:
