Brooklyn is just scooping up all the sports teams!
They stole the Nets from New Jersey and now they're taking the Islanders from Long Island in 2015!
That is if the lockout ever ends and there still is hockey in 2015. LOLz!
Apparently, the Islanders' old stadium, the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, is falling apart.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg, clearly loving all the sports teams moving around, said:
"Brooklyn is big time and now we have the big-league sports to prove it."
You certainly do!
Also Brooklyn is more accessible to most fans, so revenue should go up too!
Sounds like a win-win to us!
