A brand new study has found that weight lifting can seriously cut your chances of getting heart disease or diabetes!

Researches studied over 5,000 people and found who lifted weights.

Then they measured for metabolic syndrome, which is several risk factors including a large waist circumference, high triglyceride levels, low HDL (good) cholesterol levels, elevated blood pressure and high glucose.

All of those are risk factors for both heart disease and diabetes.

Well guess what they found…

Weight lifting was linked with a 37% lower chance of metabolic syndrome!

The researchers said:

"Exercise professionals should strongly encourage the activity of lifting weights among adults of all ages to promote metabolic health."

So not only do you get stronger, look better and overcome other things like osteoporosis… you get healthier!

So healthy that you have a seriously reduced risk of getting diabetes or heart disease!

We bet it also really increases your risk of getting laid! LOLz!

So why aren't you weight lifting! Get to it!
