The NHL hasn't been doing much lately, other than not agreeing with anything the player's union says and pissing off hockey fans everywhere.
Finally, they've done something good.
Not in regards to hockey though, things still look as bleak as ever.
The NHL is asking that their fans donate to the Red Cross disaster relief fund to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.
The American Red Cross is currently responding across multiple states to bring relief to those affected by the natural disaster.
Donating to the Red Cross helps provide shelter, food, emotional support and other types of assistance to those who really need it right now.
To make a donation online, just CLICK HERE!
If you'd rather do it over the phone, you can call 1-800-RED-CROSS or text the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
So what are you waiting for? Give them some money so they can keep helping those who just lost their possessions, their homes and, for some, even loved ones.
