Pennsylvania prosecutors are getting ready to charge Penn State's former president Graham Spanier in connection with the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal!
They are planning on charging him with perjury and obstruction of justice for allegedly covering up Sandusky's child abuse.
He was fired from Penn State during the Sandusky scandal after serving as the university's president for 16-years.
He claims he was only given a "heads up" about school officials looking into an incident where Sandusky was "horsing around" with a young boy in a shower.
He's not the only one about to get into trouble for not acting like he should have to save little boys from being abused.
Ex-athletic director Tim Curley and ex-vice president Gary Schultz are also going to be charged for their inaction during the whole scandal.
This is such a sad situation but justice must be served so that people know not taking action is almost as bad as doing the crime yourself!
