One look at them and you wouldn't think that One Direction would need to be on any kind of fitness regime! We're not even sure they're eating!


We kid, we kid — fitness is an important part of everybody's life, especially those who are about to go on a huge world tour. Like One Direction!

With an eight-month run of shows starting in December, it's no wonder that they're in prepping mode. Touring is exhausting work, and nothing short of "the best shape ever" will help you survive!

Here's what a source said:

”We're concerned about them - and Liam is still healing after he broke his toe when his MacBook fell on it this summer in the US. Zayn and Niall have both been on crutches so now they're all on hardcore fitness regimes.”

Here's a gross fact: Niall has dislocated his knee a total of 14 times.

Harry was forced to take up pilates to deal with bad posture — maybe it's all that hair that's weighing him down. LOLz!
