We previously mentioned that Penn State's ex-president, Graham Spanier, is now facing charges related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
We had said that the former athletic director Tim Curley and Penn State's ex-vice president Gary Schultz were also going to be charged for their inaction during the whole scandal.
Well it's official now, Curley and Schultz were arraigned in court today in a ten minute hearing.
The charges are endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy. They are alleged to have covered for Sandusky.
Their bail is set at $50,000 and their preliminary hearing is November 12th, though the judge said that will most likely be postponed.
We're sure they'll make bail and cut deals but they could still be facing some real jail time.
Do the crime… serve the time.
