Shaquille O'Neal is worth about $250 million, and has a mansion. That mansion, in Florida, has 11 bedrooms, a 20,000-square-foot basketball court and garage filled with a bunch of sports cars. It's 70,000 sq ft.
So, if he has such an amazing place, why did he just buy a $235k regular person house just 30 miles away in a town called Mount Dora, FL? It's 3,900 and is reportedly 'very nice' with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, granite counter tops, wet bar, entertainment room and cherry cabinets.
Okay, okay, when we say "regular person" we mean in comparison to being a super rich former NBA player, because that house still sounds fab.
The weird thing is that nobody knows why he did this.
Our guess? For the hell of it!
