Jennie Garth has lost 30 pounds, and she wants you to know that you don't have to go through a divorce to do the same — and she wants to share with us the 3 steps to follow on our paths to healthiness!!
After her divorce from Peter Facinelli, after 11 years and kids, she decided enough was enough with the unwanted pounds.
Here's what she said:
“I really feel like that part of me was dead and I need to shed it off.”
So she made healthier changes to her diet and began exercising with a personal trainer twice per week.
Here's her formula:
'First, change your mindset. A big part of successful weight loss is psychology. Second, use Dr. Gullo’s weight loss technique of examining your food history. Use that to rebuild a healthier diet that works for you. Jennie Garth began eating foods like healthy salmon and high-protein Greek yogurt. Third, incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
