Minka Kelly, you're lucky that you look so fit and fab — if we followed up our workouts with a smoothie, nothing we had done in the gym prior would have mattered at all!
Smoothies are actually pretty unhealthy!
Though, if she's using it as a meal replacement and it has the proper boosters, we can see it being kind of a benefit.
Also, we don't know what he workout plan is like. Maybe it's the most grueling thing ever, and a smoothie's caloric build-up would be nothing compared to what she just burned.
She could be running practice marathons every day for all we know! Ha!
