Jennifer Hudson's Christmas Diet Tips!

Jennifer Hudson knows a thing or two about losing weight and keeping it off!

So when she offers up some tips on how to keep from gaining weight, we suggest you listen.

When she offers tips on how to make it through Christmas without packing on the pounds, we're all ears!

Her main secret is weight watchers and using their point system.

She said:

"I just make sure I set aside the points for [Christmas dinner]. I luck out, because my favorite meal is baked turkey wings, sweet potato fries and greens."

Lucky her! That's barely even a cheat meal!

She isn't a superhero though, she does have a weakness… banana pudding!

She said:

"It's the devil… So no one is allowed to bring it into my house. I can't control myself, so why put it in my domain?"

Ha! We guess the points would all go out the window in the presence of banana pudding.

At least she knows her weaknesses and avoids them and consciously eats light before a big Christmas meal.

So follow those tips and hopefully you'll make it through the holiday season without gaining any weight!
