If You Have To Eat Carbs, Eat Them With Dinner!

If you're looking to lose weight, you know that cutting carbs is one of the best ways to do it.

The only problem is that carbs are SUPER delicious. Like, can't get them out of your mind delicious. So good they give you a food boner delicious.

The good news is that there's a new study that suggest eating carbs — at dinner — might help you lose weight! Plus, it might reduce your risk for obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.

Israeli researchers put 78 overweight cops on one of two diets — the first ate carbs throughout the day while the second saved them for dinner. So what happened after six months? The cops that ate carbs at dinner were less hungry during the day, and lost more weight! They even had better measures on a series of factors (like blood sugar and lipid levels) crucial to combatting obesity and diabetes.

Now, keep in mind that this study was pretty small.

But hey, why not give it a shot? You can always drop the carbs again later!
