Catherine Zeta-Jones Reveals Secrets To Staying Fit!

Catherine Zeta-Jones is hot, and we mean it. Who cares how old she is (not THAT old, 43!), she just does not seem to age or change physically at all!

She has some secrets to how she stays so fit — but be warned, she works VERY hard at it!

Here's what she says:

“I don’t have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don’t need anyone to motivate me. I love exercise, even things like the elliptical machine and stretching. It’s a legacy of dancing all those years. [I do] at least 45 minutes a day, seven days a week.”

The best part of this is that it helps her stay fit AND helps her emotionally. If you don't remember, she was diagnosed with bipolar II disorder last year.

She continued:

“It really helps my mood too, which, with the bipolar thing, is important. I’m obsessed with Hula-Hooping. I do it 20 minutes a day. I don’t use the old-fashioned hollow plastic kind we had when we were kids, but I discovered a new one at Danskin that’s smaller and weighted.”

Brilliant! We had no idea there were weighted hula-hoops — it's GOTTA work that core.

Plus, if Catherine's core is any indication… well, we'll take three!
