The site of a legendary mafia gangland murder in the 1980s is now a steakhouse called Sparks Steak House…and it's paying $600,000 in a lawsuit settlement.
The lawsuit says that a male manager sexually harassed nearly two dozen of the restaurant's male waiters — damn, that's a LOT — and the restaurant didn't stop the manager's abuse of the 22 waiters over an eight-year period.
So what did this classy guy do? Oh, the usual harassment stuff: groping the butts of male waiters, making lewd sexual comments to them and attempting to touch their genitals. The norm when it comes to gross sexual harassment.
It even continued after complaints were launched!! Not only that, but some of the victims got assigned more difficult work or even suspended. Truly awful.
We wonder what the settlement was… and if it was enough to stop this shizz from happening again!
