It's getting some serious Oscar buzz already and is looking like it should be a big success overall.
Producer Harvey Weinstein said:
"The NFL had asked Bradley Cooper and Chris Tucker to do an interview for their podcast and be on the NFL network. Then the NFL pulled the interview."
The movie has a football theme and gambling plays a part of it, though the movie is more about "family and relationships and second chances," according to Weinstein.
The NFL was apparently not cool with when Bradley talked about football and gambling so they pulled the interview.
We have trouble believing the NFL doesn't understand that there's a multimillion dollar industry based solely around football gambling.
They should lighten up!
