So Nick Lachey got kicked out of Qualcomm Stadium on Sunday because he thinks it's okay to lose his shizz and choke someone over football.
Oh wait, there is.
The video shows him getting aggressive with a Chargers fan who was wearing an Igor Olshansky #99 jersey, after Nick and his friends spent a good amount of time trashing him about the jersey. Then, Nick made one SUPER offensive comment about Olshansky that crossed the line, so the Charger's fan wife couldn't let it slide and said:
"Well, he lasted longer than your boy band."
This was Nick's trigger! Apparently he flipped out and called her pretty much every awful word there is, and then Nick lunged and grabbed the fan by the throat and shoved him to the ground.
Security stepped in SUPER FAST (good job, guys!) and kicked Nick and his friends out.
Nick then bragged about it on Twitter, even though the Chargers fans were NOT asked to leave:
"Just got kicked out of the chargers stadium and couldn't be prouder! Go Cincy Bengals."
Gross. It's a sport, grow up.
He tweeted later, in response to the fight:
"i simply don't appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction."
Or, you could act like an adult and not choke another human being, especially over football.
We're told the Chargers fan plans to file a police report against Lachey.
Here's what Nick's rep is saying:
"This is a gross misrepresentation of what happened. It was nothing but a spirited debate between fans of opposing teams. At no point did Nick say anything derogatory to the man's wife and anything to suggest the contrary is simply untrue."
Like we said, it's too bad there's video of it, guys.
Quit acting like children!
