When Jerry Sandusky was sentenced to 30-60 years in prison, he forfeited many things.

Mainly, his right to freely walk the streets.

Justice was served in response to the Penn State sex scandal.

But Sandusky is still fighting, he just doesn't know when to quit.

Sandusky is currently fighting to get his $59,000-a-year pension back! We previously mentioned he'd fight for it… and now he is.

Under old laws, Sandusky would actually be able to keep his pension, but due to an amendment in 2004, any public school employee convicted of a sex crime against a student loses their pension.

Because Sandusky retired in 1999, his lawyer is arguing that the new laws don't apply to him.

Talking about Pennsylvania's State Employees' Retirement System (SERS), Sandusky's lawyer said:

"At no time after Mr. Sandusky's June 30, 1999, retirement did SERS cause the retirement benefits he was receiving to cease. Had Mr. Sandusky returned to active service at Penn State for regular remuneration as a school employee, SERS would have caused his retirement benefits to cease."

Sandusky received a $148,000 lump sum when he retired and then an additional $900,000 in pension payouts from 1999 to 2012!

You should know where we stand by now.

He did the crime, he should do the time.

Accept everything that's coming your way because it's all your own doing!
