We can express enough that living a healthy life is all about moderation. Yes, it's a good thing to have a routine, especially fitness, and to stick to it — but you also don't want to burn yourself out.
Plus, there are those days where you just don't care. It happens. Like taking a sick day when you're not really sick.
Just don't let it become a habit!
