Reese Witherspoon is totes gorgeous, so of course she's in no rush to get back to her pre-baby weight.
She had her baby boy Tennessee James back in September and she's been making sure to get back into her healthy routines but also taking it slowly.
"I don't know if I'm bouncing back. I'm slowly crawling back. You know all of your joints feel wobbly and your head is sort of confused. You just have to be gentle and patient with yourself and just sort of you know… slowly get back to your health."
That's the secret!
It's not about rushing head first into everything.
That's a great way to start hating your fitness routine and maybe even injure yourself!
Take it slow, persevere and don't quit over little screw ups, always get back on track.
You'll eventually get where you wanna be!
