It seems that every day there is a new secret to Kelly Osbourne's incredible weight loss.
Some of it she even addressed as completely false, or just a rumor.
"People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that's not how it works. You have to get happy first. I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk."
Happiness is the key! She has changed her life to try and become a more fit and active person.
So Kelly tries to make it to the gym about five times a week.
She obviously doesn't always stick to that plan, but the important part is she gets back on it eventually.
She even has cheat days, saying:
"I do cheat. I have one cheat day a week where I eat whatever the f**k I want. Never deprive yourself of anything, because then you get angry about it. People who are hungry are miserable."
That sounds like a good plan to us!
Hit the gym as much as you can, eat healthy most of the time, and be happy!
