Half of the Mowry sisters is doing a workout DVD!

Interestingly enough, she teamed up with someone who is just two letters away from being her sister — Tara Stiles — to make two yoga-based DVDs that will lower your stress and help you shed pounds!
Here's what Tara says:

Yeah! Get rid of that boring old yoga and let's go for the new xtreeeeeme yoga! JK, it's not that different, but it does sound like Tara is knocking the usual methods.
The first DVD is called Tia Mowry's Calm Yoga With Tara Stiles, and is the more tranquil routine, which helps the mind and body release tension, relax and rejuvenate. The other one is call Tia Mowry's Core Yoga With Tara Stiles, and is NOT your grandmother's yoga. It's a more intense, fat-burning workout that tones your abs and tightens your core.
Tia says she is:
