Well, this is relief to hear!
Kate Middleton's recently-announced pregnancy has already been a difficult one, given the severe morning sickness that resulted in a hospital stay, the suicide of an on-staff nurse who was tricked by an Australian radio station into divulging private information about her condition, and missed appearances at both the British Military Tournament AND the premiere of The Hobbit!
However, the Duchess of Cambridge is FINALLY feeling ready to re-join the masses, and is set to appear tonight - the first since the announcement of her pregnancy - at BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards in London, at which she'll present two accolades!
According to the St. James's Palace spokesman:
"The Duchess of Cambridge will tonight attend the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards at the ExCeL London, where Her Royal Highness will present the Lifetime Achievement and the main Sports Personality of the Year Awards. The Duchess will attend the event in response to a longstanding invitation from the BBC."
And it certainly makes sense, given her being a constant fixture at the 2012 Olympic Games in London this summer!
We're just so glad to hear that's feeling better…and cannot WAIT to see that wonderful pregnancy-glow she's sure to be emanating when she hits the stage!
Best of luck, gurl!
