Megan Fox's Post-Baby Diet SECRET!!

It seemed like Megan Fox immediately snapped back to her normal weight after giving birth to her baby, Noah.

She apparently hasn't even been working out since the baby!

She said:

"I didn’t do that much [working out] because after you have a baby, it’s very difficult to work out and I wouldn’t recommend it, I should have pre-endorsed some sort of workout something, so that I could be selling it now!"

Ha! We bet you wish you did!

But if she's not working out then what's her secret??

She said:

"I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret. It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good. If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it."

Well there ya go!

The secret is not eating dairy!

We guess cause diary tends to be high-fat it doesn't help so much when trying to lose weight.
