First the murder charges, and now this?!?
According to court papers that were recently filed in the El Lay County Superior Court, ex-NBA player Javaris Crittenton allegedly abused his baby mama Tyress Daniels not once, not twice, but THREE times!!
The first incident apparently happened when Daniels was preggers and he beat her up in a hotel room. The second occurrence went down at the hospital less than day after she gave birth to their son, where he allegedly hit her in the face.
"I was breastfeeding the baby and we got into an argument over what the baby would wear for pictures. Javaris hit me in the face while I was breastfeeding because he said I had a smart mouth."
And if that wasn't enough, Javaris supposedly tried to take their baby out of the hospital, but was STOPPED by security.
As for the third incident, Tyress claims that Crittenton SMACKED her straight across the face, busted her lip and scratched her face, and later sent her a text message that stated she wouldn't want to turn out like her "dead mother."
The good news is that the former Washington Wizards star has to temporarily stay at least 100 yards away from his baby mama and he currently does NOT have custody of their child.
A hearing is set for next month, which will then determine if the restraining order will be a permanent arrangement.
