Botox may be a gateway to wrinkle-free skin, BUT fake Botox can really harm your skin!
The Food and Drug Administration released a letter last week advising doctors to make sure they're Botox supplies are NOT coming from suppliers owned by pharmacy Canada Drugs.
According to reports, Canada Drugs' wrinkle juice have not been FDA-approved, and they were once caught up selling bootleg cancer drugs.
But what's even crazier is the fact that this is the FIFTH time the FDA has urged doctors to only buy Botox from U.S. pharmacies.
Only thing is, with the shortage of the drug, doctors have turned to purchasing the illegally imported Botox.
That's just scary!
So next time you try to smooth over your lines, make sure you check that your doctor has the REAL stuff.
We wouldn't want you coming out of your doctor's office looking CRAY!
