Earlier this month, we announced that the Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was charged with intoxication vehicular manslaughter, and even though he's out jail on a $100,000 bond, he could be facing up to 20 years in prison.
Brent killed his friend and teammate Jerry Brown on the December 8 crash after he hit a curb and sent his car for a HUGE flip. The football star's blood-alcohol limit was at 0.18 at the scene of the accident, which is more than twice the legal limit.
However, even though he could be facing an enormous sentence, he could possibly be eligible for probation.
No court date has been set, but just like we said before, we hope the law gives him a punishment that he won't forget because this incident is HORRIBLE!
