Megan Fox's Body Still Can't Handle Fitness After The Baby!

Here's something mind-blowing that you might not know: Megan Fox didn't bounce back into incredible shape after having a baby because of working out. In fact, she says her body is still 'too fragile' to hit the gym!

So how has she lost 13 of the 23 pounds she gained while cooking a bun in her oven?

Dieting! Here's what she said:

"I can't work out yet because my body is still too fragile. I try to eat whatever I want, but I don't eat any dairy, and I guess that's the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy — especially if you're a woman! It's really hard on your hormones."

But dairy is sooooo gooooooood! LOLz!

Apparently ditching it works, though! Maybe you should try it if you can avoid the temptation like Megan! Ha!
