The D.A. even charged Ray J with sexual battery, despite the fact that police have said no crime of the sort was actually committed.

Alcohol has many health benefits, but it also leads to over 80,000 deaths in America per year.
And if you're engaging in any of these events (below), then you ARE drinking a little too much!
You drink too much on one occasion: Gregory A. Smith, MD says “drinking too much on just one occasion can change your life for the worse."
You only drink a lot on the weekend: Dr. Smith says, “if you don’t drink daily but are drinking regularly, such as every Friday night, that’s a red flag."
You don't care about your responsibilities as much: Keith Humphreys, PhD says, “drinking is a problem when you notice that you’ve started to neglect things that are important to you for the sake of alcohol."
Alcoholic beverages sneak up on you: Not knowing your limits may be a clue that you're a binge drinker.
You lose your memory: You forget parts of your night after drinking a lot the night before.
Your loved ones worry about you: Deidra Roach, MD says, “the first step is to recognize that you’re drinking more than you should, and then to set some goals for yourself." And Dr. Humphreys added, “And if you’re afraid to ask people if you drink too much, that’s probably a sign that you’re overdoing it, too."
Now that you know if you do or do NOT drink too much, you can set a plan and never get into irresponsible drinking.
Of course having one or two drinks here and then won't hurt you, but overindulging in booze can lead to craziness and even death.
So the next time you're out having an AH-MAZYZING time, remember to drink RESPONSIBLY.
