Only six months after giving birth to her second baby, Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian was back to her normal weight!
That's incredible! How did she do it??
Hard work and healthy eating! How else?!
It certainly wasn't easy, Kourtney said:
"It was harder to lose weight the second time around. I gained 45 pounds with Penelope."
She credits being able to lose the 44 pounds by eating small portions and by doing Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance-focused workouts.
That sounds like a real fun way to lose the weight!
Losing weight takes a long time, so you better make your workouts fun or else you won't want to stick to them!
