When we say this 8-hour diet will blow your mind, we don't really mean in a good way!
Look, we don't know if it actually works, but it's a bummer in concept.
It was written by David Zinczenko, Editor in Chief at Men's Health. It's called The 8-Hour Diet: Watch the Pounds Disappear Without Watching What You Eat!. The main thought behind this is that eating around the clock is more of the problem than what we're eating.
That doesn't sound completely true — though, eating around the clock IS probably not a good thing. Just, restricting your hours without restricting what you eat sound like it won't work at all. It'll just leave you sad and lonely while you watch others enjoy their delicious food around you!
Besides, it sounds like a gimmick anyway, claiming you can lose 10 lbs in a week!
If you don't mind us, we'll just stick with the hard work method. It's more rewarding anyway!
