La La Anthony has some new years resolutions for 2013 and she's asking us all to join in with her to reach some healthy goals!

Here's what she said:

"Making New Year’s resolutions is easy; sticking with them is whole other story. But this year, I’ve got a plan. All through 2013, I’ll be sharing a fitness goal a month here on IAmLaLa.com. The idea is to adopt healthier lifestyle over the course of the year instead of expecting changes to happen overnight. My trainer has taught me that getting in shape is all about hard work, dedication, and taking things one step at a time. Ready to hear the first fitness goal of the year?"

Bring it on!!

"Try cutting processed sugar out of your diet for the month of January. If you’re really craving a sweet treat, reach for something sweetened with agave, maple syrup or honey, or a piece of fruit. 30 days may seem like a long time, but after the first week it gets easier and easier. You’ll be surprised how your body stops craving sugar once it’s out of your system."

Woah actually, wait. No sugar? Can we back out?

Actually, you know what, we can do this! With a little elbow grease we can conquer anything, right?
