Holly Madison is pregnant, everyone knows that.
But what you may not know is that the lady is eating healthier than ever to make sure her baby is one healthy little one!
Here's what she wrote on her blog about it:
"After becoming pregnant, I had to makeover my pantry just a little to make the proper adjustments to support the baby. I’ve found some staples that will stick around after the baby is here, too. Take a look through the gallery for my favorites! Other moms or moms-to-be, what were your favorite healthy pregnancy staples?"

The list includes:
"I always have a leafy green on hand for smoothies. My favorites are spinach, collard greens and kale.
Apples: apples are filling, easy, healthy snacks, so it's great to have them around for when you are feeling unexpectedly hungry.
Flaxseed: put it in anything you can!
Flaxseed meal blends well in oatmeal…
…and smoothies, too!
Cinnamon: helps add sweetness and flavor when you can't use artificial sweeteners.
Honey: I have this on hand for when I want some added sweetness.
Almond milk: this is a great source of protein and a great milk substitute if you have trouble digesting dairy."
