Lisa Osbourne's First Workout Since Giving Birth!

Jack Osbourne's wife Lisa gave birth to their beautiful baby Pearl almost 9 months ago back on August 24th 2012.
Turns out Lisa has been too busy taking care of her cute new baby to really concentrate on her own health.
So after all this time, she's decided it's time to get back on track.
She was about to start exercising again and must've been nervous, so she took to Twitter and said:
I am SO tired today, and I start my first training session in an HOUR! yikesssss. Im scared. #crossfit

Haven't worked out since before I got pregnant. This should be interesting.

That's a long time to take off and then just jump back into it.
Especially if you're going to start off with CrossFit! That's such an intense workout!
Afterwards, she tweeted:
No exaggeration guys, I can barely walk after that workout! I must have done 75 squats plus a ton of other stuff. My legs=2 limp noodles

Must feel so good (other than the leg pain) to be working out again!
