Aviva Drescher Shares Body Secrets!!

Looking amazing isn't the easiest thing in the world, even though there are some out there that make it look effortless — like Aviva Drescher!

She's got that bangin' body and can wear the hell out of bikinis — but it doesn't just happen on its own! Nope, she's got a few secrets, and she's here to share them!

Here's what she said:

"I eat a high protein, low carb diet. I go spinning a few times a week, but it is more than just exercise, I eat well. I love green juices. I won't drink diet soda, and I avoid pesticides and food with chemicals."

That sounds like a healthy practice!

Here's what she eats:

"We eat grass fed beef, organic chicken and fruits and veggies. I won't eat hotdogs or bacon as they are filled with nitrates, and those are cancer causing agents. Did you know that every time you have miso soup in a Japanese restaurant it's from a can and filled with MSG?"

Well, we're sure it's not every time you have miso soup at a Japanese restaurant (that's a borderline offensive generalization), and we've talked about the unfounded war on MSG before.

Beyond that, what she's doing seems to really be working because that body is WERKIN'! LOLz!
