Paul Mason from Ipswich, England used to be known as the world's fattest man!
He weighed a whopping 980 at his heaviest!
After getting a gastric bypass to shrink his stomach, he was able to drop an unbelievable 600 pounds!
The problem is, now that he's a manageable 350 pounds, he's still got all that extra skin from when he was huge.
About 75 pounds of excess skin in total!
He really wants to keep losing weight, but he has to use a wheelchair because all the excess skin is getting in the way!
"I am doing my part in getting my weight down and they now need to do their part and remove the excess skin. It is stopping me from being able to get on with my life."
Patients who undergo gastric bypass usually have to wait about two years and have their weight remain consistent before they get the surgery.
Hopefully he can get his surgery soon and get back on the path to fitness!
