A new study out of Spain found that women who walk at least three hours every week are less likely to have a stroke!
Getting your blood pumping pretty well for just 30 minutes a day seems to be enough to lower a woman's stroke risk.
At least compared to those who don't walk at all.
It wasn't even a small amount… it was a whole 43% lower!!
"The message for the general population remains similar: regularly engaging in moderate recreational activity is good for your health."
Boom! There it is!
You don't need to eat an all vegan diet and run marathons on the reg.
Just get some moderate physical activity in every once in a while and you'll be healthier!
It's the little things that count. Take the stairs instead of the escalator, park your car at the back of the parking lot or take your pooch on an extra long walk!
