The CDC has said that this year's flu epidemic may have reached it's peak.
But that doesn't mean it's still not SUPER deadly!
Those most at risk are young children, the elderly and those with compromised immune systems.
Sadly, children have been hit really hard. There have been 20 deaths of people under 18 since the outbreak.
Chief of the Epidemiology and Prevention Branch of CDC's Influenza Division said:
"The only area of the country that's still relatively unaffected … is the far West Coast."
So it seems like El Lay is doing alright!
Even though the flu may have already peaked in some places, it's still very active.
So keep washing those hands and not touching your face!
