Keira Knightley is one beautiful and busy lady!
But it was her busy schedule that actually started causing health issues for her, specifically lung problems!
"I didn't realize, so I went on for another month. I just stupidly never went to a doctor. I was rehearsing for this play and then I found in rehearsals it got so bad that I couldn't stand up any more."
That's awful!! Naturally, she tried to heal herself.
What better way to get healthy and fit than by doing yoga??
Well that's exactly what Keira tried… but it didn't all go to plan. She said:
"My body at the end of last year was breaking and I thought, 'I've really got to try and do something'. I've been trying to get myself into gear. I've been doing yoga, but I've already got injuries - from f***ing yoga."
Oh no! So yoga only made the problem worse?!
You need to take it easy, gurl!
You don't need to work so much, we won't forget you!
